Merge content for raw concatenated articles

Some component articles are currently just concatenated distinct articles from multiple contributors (e.g., button, menu, selecting). These concatenations should be merged into a seamless single article.

You can tell which articles are concatenated because (a) they have more than one contributor and (b) there is an <hr> tag separating each contributor’s version.
