Autoload & Namespaces

With the scope of updating the application with new functionalities, it needs to be modernized to PHP7+ (MVC, modern practises etc). To achieve this, first it needs to be added autoloading & namespaces to the application.

This updates are intended to be part of a major release which will be 2.0 and won't be compatible with <2.0.
