Using lastest WHMCS version will make TLD importer not to work, as it will use the oldest version of the insert to the DB.
This is because of the subversion check that needs to be > 6 and for now it's null, so making it check if version is 8 so that it can use the same insert works.
I'll pull request the fix, if any changes needed just let me know. There's also another aproach for a fix commented on the commit description.
