progress on run time

If possible, can you please add verbose or add print (epoch) so that the user can view training progress on runtime. Everyone has a different computer and one needs to anticipate how long the training will take place. Especially when performing the training phase, such as epoch and steps needed to take in one epoch. I believe the best location is in mode.py file.
