favicon will appear maximised regardless of size

As per the title, when opening my tiddlywiki which has a (defined as) 16*16 svg favicon, it will render in a way that occupies most of the screen and cannot be collapsed or hidden in any way.
I am using the latest tiddloid version (2.4.2) and the latest tiddlywiki (5.2.4)

Can you upload the file causing this? I thought I fixed this in 2.4.2 and it no longer occurs on my system.
