hide toolbar not working in tw v5.2.6

  1. created a fresh tw from tiddloid 2.4.2
  2. installed tiddloid tweaks plugin
  3. enabled hide toolbar
  4. saved and opened the wiki, tiddloid toolbar was still visible.

Crap... Plugin auto update also broken. I'll work on this later.

Edit: Coloring is also broken <:-/

Bug targeted in TiddlyWiki. It turns out to be a missing extension that breaks this function (see this PR ).
I'll patch my app anyway in case of another bug like this.

Fixing this in next release (2.5.0). I'll soon release this if everything is ok.
