As SE I think we don't need Vietnamese version :) Origin in English is enough.

I would love to convert the repo to another format call noat.cards repo format which I am the creator. I should be start by vietnamese first. So, can I fork your work and start to porting it first

I mostly agree with you. Which senior developer (who "design large-scale systems") will read the Vietnamese translation ?
