I am somewhat forgetful person, in some cases i would have forgotten decision that i have taken for some important work.
I cannot remember all decision i take day by day, so i thought it will be helpful if i have my own PA for my list of decision i took for my day to day situations and group them under given category, it will be easy for me recollect those.
