Explicit parameter for input paths or, alternatively, input size directly

Currently, we assume all but the last hdfs path are inputs, yet some jobs don't even have an output and this order is conventional at best. therefore, the user should specify explicitly either which paths are inputs (list of paths for a subsequent size lookup) or the input size directly.
