Can't seem to get plugins to work

I have set google_search API and CSE and I still can't seem to find how to enable internal plugins (wikipedia included), this is all I see:

What have I missed, how to use the plugins? I imagined there would be a drop-down button, however, it is the same for all GPT models (3.5, 3.5 16k and 4).
