Respect `EndpointGroupName` attributes in MVC ApiExplorer

In #34906, we introduced a new EndpointGroupName attribute that can be applied to endpoints and used to populate the GroupName property in ApiExplorer.
We need to support this in MVC as well.

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release.
