We need such a subscription:

https://github.com/dotnet/arcade (.NET 8 Eng) ==> 'https://github.com/dotnet/format' ('release/8.x')

Omg sorry, I somehow missed it. I looked at the dependencies in the release branch and noticed the old SDK.
