The 'dotnet/core' repository doesn't contain the 'release-notes/8.0' path in 'main'.

Repro steps:

Download and open installer of .NET 8.0 Preview 1 from: here
Click "Learn more" on the SDK installer

Expected Result

We should add the info of 'release-notes/8.0' in dotnet.core repo

We just don't have .net 8 release notes yet. That path looks right.
