Description
ASPNETCore.app runtime version for NET8 RC2 SDK is RTM.
Reproduction Steps
1.install net8 RC2 SDK from https://aka.ms/dotnet/8.0.1xx/daily/dotnet-sdk-win-x64.exe.
2.Check runtime version after installation is done.
Expected behavior
runtime version is displayed correctly.
Actual behavior
ASPNETCore.app runtime version for NET8 RC2 SDK is RTM.

This problem is also reproduced on Win ARM64.

The issue has been fixed on net 8 rc 2 sdk.
