Wrong VS version on .NET 8.0.100 SDK installer

Customer reported this issue through the website feedback. Site says you need VS 17.8, SDK installer says 17.7. Site has the correct version.

Thanks for reporting! @marcpopMSFT fixed this in #17761 which should ship in the January servicing release.
