No code highlighting after extension activation

Describe the bug

When opening the notebook, code highlighting is present in the cells for some time. However, after activating the extension, the code highlighting disappears.

In my case it was related to #3593

I added this workarround to my config:

"[polyglot-notebook]": {
	"editor.semanticHighlighting.enabled": true
},

or just globally

"editor.semanticHighlighting.enabled": true
