REGRESSION: It's a regression issue, not repro for VSCodeUserSetup-x64-1.100.3 +dotnet-interactive-vscode-1.0.631011.vsix.

The output is inconsistent with the expected result when running command cancelled cell.

Note:

1. Repro VM: 10.158.80.11

Steps:

1. Open the notebook from interactive/NotebookTestScript.dib at main · dotnet/interactive (github.com)
2. Execute the "Command cancelled" cell
