broken link due to file movement

When I read the page https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/platform/upgrade-assistant about

section

I see the link behind "Read about extensibility" goes to 'https://github.com/dotnet/upgrade-assistant/blob/main/docs/extensibility.md'

But the file is not found here, I believe it is moved.
