vercel is stuck on failing to import _sqlite3,

everything on travis is working except for publishing to github pages,https://travis-ci.com/github/douglase/doorstop_requirements_template/builds/222458141.
created this new machine user and gave travis its token to try to fix

this is working except for git hash in the cloud.

Git hash in cloud is working, but PRs are overwriting main output
