HA Proxy Configuration Manual not updated on doc.dovecot.org

The following files have not been updated on the website since November.
I did not see a release schedule. Not sure if this is normal.

There was a formatting issue in the "Backends" section for a "code-block".

I thought that should be an easy enough fix and since I found it I should fix it/mention it.
Came to look at the code and found it had been fixed back in November.
