There is wrong with install.sh

There is a new problem. install.sh doesn't work.
I have the following error when I try to run install.sh script
-> [SocketCore.cc:1015] errorCode=1 SSL/TLS handshake failure: Error: 由于吊销服务器已脱机，吊销功能无法检查吊销。
I tried to solve it myself. May need to add --check-certificate = false in aria2.conf. But I can't find this file.
