Configuration setting for case insensitive get / get folder/item

Hi,

Love this tool, much faster and better at syncing than the official one.

I would love for case insensitive matching for rbw get as it is simply faster to type. Syntax for quickly doing folder/entry would also be nice.

For instance, I have "ASTRON/IPMI password default", which is different from "Nikhef/IPMI password default".
Would be great to rbw get nik/ipmi or nikhef/ipmi :-)
