Follow up Template Collection List Element

Follow up tasks for #8:

• Add template collection operations to list.
• Add operation: 'Edit all templates" on one page op/controller.
• Dont reload the form if it was previously loaded, but not submitted.
• Row title as label for checkboxes.
  • Highlight row if checkbox is checked.
• Add AJAX make active/inactive button for each row.
• Add "form saved" message. Validation failures are already handled.
• Ensure template edit forms work without AJAX.
• Improve permission/access controller for entity.courier_template_collection.channel. Committed: 086a955
• Add token list UI #12
