Query OCSP responder servers option doest stay on

If I check the Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates option it fails to save the setting and reverts.

no the setting actually says "Query OCSP responder servers to confirm the current validity of certificates" its under "privacy and security" not firedragon in settings

You can also toggle this setting by setting security.OCSP.enabled to 1 in about:config. It does indeed reset to off after a browser restart, setting it via about:config however retained the setting.

Going to say that I believe this setting is now persistent and toggled off by default. So this is most likely fixed so long as that setting works at all which Id have to find a website for sure without OCSP validity to be able to test that.
