Need code for Confirm delete entry

Need to add code for a popup that will ask, Confirm delete this entry. Confirm will delete the entry and add the removal to the log. Cancel will close the popup without completing the entry removal.

Just pused a new version to master branch of the renderer.php file that has the new code to confirm deleting/removing an entry.
