Down votes are casted to other item when count is negative

How to reproduce:

  1. Create a new HotQuestion activity.
  2. Enter two suggestions.
  3. Down-vote the first suggestion in the table.
  4. The vote is alternatingly counted towards the negative count of the first and second item.

Sorry, I didn't realize that the order of the items was swapped. – It makes total sense!
