Do not display text from within <note> tags in Structural view (Segments)

In this play, there's a footnote within the act segmentation (here is the corresponding line).

As a result, the segmentation in the right sidebar looks like this:

I'm not sure how frequent this is, but I suggest to exclude text in <note> tags to be displayed in the segmentation view for acts, scenes, etc.
