[BUG] panel widgets - adwaita colours bleed through

Describe the bug
panel widgets - adwaita colours bleed through - when you expand (see screenshot), you can see the original blue from the adtaita theme.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Install the theme from the GH release zip file
• set the theme
• expand the panel

Expected behavior
The panel to look like it is a part of the theme.
