Steam no longer has a 6.css file in /steamui/css/

I get the following error when running install.bat:
The original 6.css file is missing Please remove all files in /steamui/css/ and start Steam without flags to regain missing files
However, when following these instructions, Steam does not generate the file 6.css.

Steam probably has changed these files again
I will look into it in the next weeks, when I find the time for it
