Hello,
I have the same Lenovo computer as you (but the 730-13IWL with a i5-8265U)
When I have install MacOS Mojave on the drive but after that I have black screen, no brightness.
I have copy your EFI folder on my drive.
If I connect an external monitor this one works with acceleration. Trackpad and keyboard are OK.
I have try differents thing likes backlightfixup.
Can you help me?

@dragonflylee thank you. It works well, but the maximum brightness is too low.
When I use dsdt.aml in this EFI (https://github.com/dragonflylee/Yoga13-Hackintosh), the screen is working well, but anything else is not working. like, touch screen and trackpad.
maybe dsdt patch will be works? idk.
Anyways, the backlight is working but low brightness. Thank you for the fix.
I fixed after activated injection and intel backlight on clover configurator, but It's fixed on full brightness
And also, the current GPU RAM is displayed as 7MB.
I had the same issue with my 730-15IWL (also i5-8265U). Screen was incredibly dim but graphics were accelerated. If I changed any graphics settings or faked anything the brightness would return but with no backlight adjustment and no graphics acceleration. I eventually removed the SSDT-PNLF and used the FixPNLF in Clover Configurator. Now the screen brightness is adjustable and the graphics are accelerated. The only problem is that the lowest brightness to too bright but the max brightness is way beyond what my windows boot offers. Add SSDT-PNLF_CoffeeLake.aml in acpi/patched.
