Handoff, Continuity, Apple Pay and Unlock With Watch Questions

I can't get any of the above to work correctly. It should work with a DW1560 correct? Didn't know if anyone else had this issue. In system info it shows supported but handoff just opens a blank page, Apple Pay stalls and so does unlock with watch.
