The current MPI examples require the host to install MPICH2 or OpenMPI libraries. This requires administrative privileges, find a way to install the library in a portable manner.

Merged in new examples along with MPICH2 1.4.1p1. This time I included the full runtime, smpd -d can be run from console and MPI examples are executed using mpiexec.
