Add support for on-prem sysdig cloud installation

Please add support (via environment variable) so I can specify the URL for my sysdig cloud installation so this bot will work with an on-prem installation.

I was able to change the url in the library and it appears to work. It should just be exposed as an option to the bot.

@rothgar this issue is quite old. I see that the code has been updated/refactored since then. I am closing this issue.
