Hello, I'm thinking about incorporating your csv2xml tool into one of my projects (and improve it a little), would you consider to license the code under GNU AGPLv3 or any later version and state it explicitly in the README file? The "or any later version" is important to give us the opportunity to upgrade the license as soon as the Free Software Foundation provides a counter measure for future threats in its licenses, otherwise we could be stuck with license loopholes that may emerge. The FSF is commited to protect the users' freedom in future licenses to the greatest extend possible and won't go back behind the freedoms granted in previous licenses. Would you also provide your full name, homepage, address and e-mail address, or would you prefer to be attributed by your nick name, homepage/github link and optionally e-mail address?

Oh, I just saw that the header comment with the copyright notice has the "or any later version" option ;-) So please just let me know in which way I should attribute you as copyright holder.
Hello, I don't want to surcharge the README with the licence because I add a LICENCE file.
I prefer my nick name, homepage/github link and my e-mail address.
