refactor: Remove automatic route generation

remove messy automatic router generation, let plugin to decide that on data creation in admin interface, add relation between structureStructure and given plugin record so we can see where given plugin record is placed from plugin admin and we can delete orphaned structureStructure record on plugin record deletion
