How is the EN version different to CN?

Hi I'd like to open this issue so that everyone can understand the difference between your 2 repos.
I see EN looks like a portable version that you can extract direclty, while the CN version is an installer.
Is there any difference in functionality between EN and CN?

EN has settings/context box descriptions in English- CN is full Chinese.
