Save function not working

When trying to save a modified .msd file, the process gets stuck on 'formatting data' and never completes, needing eventually to force quit.

Update: I am using Mac OS 10.15.7 (Catalina) and have updated to the latest version of mMass and the save function is now working, however it takes 3.5 minutes to save just one file. Given that the original mMass saved files almost instantaneously there is clearly a problem. Is there any way to resolve this please? Otherwise the program becomes unusable.

Hi Sarah, has the issue been resolved with the data saving function?
