Nothing is shown on the screen when the app is loaded in iOS 10

I'm using iOS 10, and I can't get this to work. The application fires up, shows a list screen with "Games" at the top, but there are no buttons or anything.
I assume I should have a way to browse to a directory, web or otherwise, and select a game to run. However, I have no way of starting this process.
Touching, rotating, or sliding doesn't do anything to fix the issue.
