owncloud 8.2 installation issues

Hi,
I've downloaded the zip, unzipped into owncloud/apps folder chowned to default owner:
drwxr-xr-x 6 web2 client1 4096 sty 19 2013 mindmap
Unfortunately it doesn't appear in the owncloud apps disabled.
What could be the issue?
