Fix: B-Spline Applied Smoothing of Polygons for Baseplate Supports

Supports projected and extruded directly to the baseplate does not have smoothing applied to the boundary using the B-Spline interpolation smoothing.

Functionality to build upon existing features in intersecting support regions will be used to accomplish this.
