Hi, just updated to 5.3.0 and noticed UploadSessionLookupErrorException was removed. Is there a replacement for it or was it simply removed?

Yes, please use UploadSessionAppendErrorException for uploadSessionAppendV2/uploadSessionAppend and UploadSessionFinishErrorException for uploadSessionFinish.
