  • Add changelog information to published tag once CI is done

We need to tag WxT Bootstrap and WxT Library to latest

WxT Bootstrap was tagged just need to do WxT Library @nathanpw

@zachomedia @nathanpw wants to tag a 4.0.2 is our artifact problem fixed now?

Looking at https://github.com/drupalwxt/wxt/blob/4.0.x/tarball.sh#L15,L33

Script looks correct, only thing that needs updating is the Drupal Core version if we've updated it but looking at composer.json it looks like we are on the same version still, so I think its good to go.
