Automatically hide when the audio apps are closed.

Automatically hide when iTunes/Musicbee and Spotify are closed. I do know it's possible since the foobar plugin Deskband Controls does it with Foobar when no song is playing (there it hide when no song is playing, but I reckon no active audio application might be a better idea.
