3.2.1. shows spinning wait cursor on macOS on "new project" and "export project"

Start 3.2.1. as installed by dmg on macOS 10.15.3 and click: File -> New project -> Browse... to get a spinning wait mouse cursor for about 30 seconds. No file requester popup opens.
When trying to export an existing project "Export project as..." I get in "Select a directory to export" a path "var/folders/0t/8065sbn13jq2q14jt7dlrzkh0000gn/T/tmp...." and ckick on "Browse..." button gives again a spinning wait mouse cursor for about 30 seconds.

Magic! It works fine on macOS 10.15.4.
