Make the addon stand-alone - independent of pfui

Addon should be working 100% even if pfui is not loaded. When pfui is loaded we will simply plug the ui right into the pfui config and wire-up to its event-firing mechanisms (using hooks etc).

Settings should be saved outside pfui_config and we should display a tooltip informing the user that the zen-settings are independent of all pfui-profiles by default (I don't see why someone would like to have zen-settings per-profile for the time being)
