A new release is needed to make the README usable

The README mentions the debug command, but the most recent version in pip does not have that, because it's almost a year old. Of course one can clone from github as need be. Is that the desirable installation method? I'm OK with whichever, and it'd be nice for the documentation to match.

@dsnopek - You mentioned a few months ago you would review all of the latest PRs/Commits and issue a new release.
Don't mean to bug you but just wanted to let you know you have an audience (of at least 1 :) waiting patiently for that release. Super excited to be able to finally use Anki / Anki-Droid with my own sync server!
