Can't edit existing items

Perhaps I'm not seeing how to do this, but I cannot edit an existing item.

You can't. Since items are a simple name which can be checked or not (ok, crossed out), I thought that it would be simple to delete a wrong one to recreate it on error. Perhaps it will change in the future, if items embed other properties.
