Once we have settled on a header template file, and a procedure for adding header images, we will need to update the blog post describing the process: https://dss-ialh.rbind.io/post/welcome-to-dss-blogs-how-to-add-a-blog-post/
Currently, the new version of Hugo complicates this issue by forcing the use of a featured.png file within a page bundle, removing the option of using the static/img folder to hold header images. As it is right now, no header images will appear.
