cash-grep is 404

Quote README.md：

Nice, but I only want certain commands

npm install cash-ls -g
npm install cash-grep -g

But the cash-grep is not found, npm/cash-grep is 404~

It's not 404, it's just that there is no readme.

I might not have published cash-grep due to technical reasons I hadn't yet figured out, or just oversight.

I'll check this out soon.
