Opera's config

I'm assuming I'm meant to do this from my phone (which is an android), but typing in opera:config and entering, just leads me to an unavailable webpage.

Not sure about Opera, as I have’t use it for a long time. The docs is about 3 years old when mobile browsers aren’t so advanced.

Can you try with Chrome? It might work out-of-the-box.
